01How it works
Four steps and the bot is on shift
Setup takes about fifteen minutes. Most of it is spent in your exchange's API key settings.

Create a trade-only API key
In your exchange settings, enable spot trading and leave withdrawals off. We accept a key that can withdraw only if you tick “Allow withdrawals” yourself — it is needed just for the Execute button.

Pick a plan
Start, Pro or Elite — for 1, 3 or 12 months. Plans differ by the number of exchanges and trading pairs. Pay by card or crypto.

Connect your exchanges
Paste the key into your dashboard. We verify its permissions via the exchange API and store it encrypted.

The bot trades
Choose pairs and limits. The bot hunts for price gaps and places trades — every one of them shows up in your history.
Security isn't a bullet point, it's the architecture
Withdrawals under your control
Key permissions are checked via the exchange API on connect. A key that can withdraw is rejected unless you explicitly allow auto-withdrawal for executing pairs.
AES-256-GCM
Keys are stored encrypted only and decrypted in memory at the moment of an exchange request.
Keys never surface
Not in logs, API responses or the UI. Delete a key from your dashboard at any time — or revoke it on the exchange.

Frequently asked questions
Can MezBot withdraw my money?
Not unless you allow it. By default we only accept trade-only keys: permissions are verified via the exchange API, and a key with withdrawals enabled is rejected. Withdrawals are needed only for the Execute button — the bot moves the coins it bought to your own sell exchange — and they are turned on with a separate checkbox. Your funds always stay on your own exchange accounts.
How are API keys stored?
Keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and decrypted only in the exchange service's memory at request time. They never appear in logs or API responses. You can delete a key in your dashboard or revoke it on the exchange at any time.
What returns can I expect?
There are no guarantees, and there can't be. Results depend on the market, volatility, fees and your settings. In calm periods spreads are thin and there may be no trades at all. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
Do I need funds on several exchanges?
Yes. Cross-exchange arbitrage buys on one exchange and sells on another at the same time, so each connected exchange needs a balance. The single-exchange Start plan is a good way to get to know the service.
Which exchanges and pairs are supported?
Binance, Bybit, OKX, Gate, MEXC, Bitget, KuCoin, HTX and BingX. The pair list above on this page comes straight from the system and is always current. OKX, Bitget and KuCoin additionally require the key passphrase.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Pay by card or crypto. Card auto-renewal can be turned off in your dashboard at any time — the subscription runs until the end of the paid period. We'll remind you ahead of renewal.
What happens when my subscription ends?
The bot stops opening new trades. Nothing happens to your funds or keys: money stays on your exchanges, and you can delete the key or keep it until you renew.
How is my account protected?
Two-factor authentication (TOTP) with backup codes, a list of active sessions you can end individually, and sign-in with Google or Telegram.
